Research Roadshow: Improving Mathematics in Key Stage 2 and 3

16:00–18:00 on 27 June 2018

We are pleased to announce that our next Research Roadshow event will be held at Tong Leadership Academy and focus on the evidence around Improving Mathematics at Key Stage 2 & 3. It will take place on Wednesday 27th June from 4-6 pm.

You can sign up here.

In this workshop we will explore the practical evidence-based recommendations from the EEF Improving Mathematics at Key Stage 2 & 3 guidance report.

We are delighted to have Simon Cox, Director of Blackpool Research School, Maths SLE and contributor to the guidance report, to share how the evidence shaped the report and how you can use it in your own context.

You will also hear about the work of the Research School and how you can get involved. We are keen to engage with practitioners in all phases, with the aim of supporting schools to make better use of evidence to inform their teaching and learning so that they really make a difference in the classroom. In addition, we want to seek out the best examples of evidence based practice across the city so we can share it through the Research School.
